Dr. Wilkinson’s Message to YOU:

I want to help you find your center right now!  I want you to know that you CAN achieve balance in your body, your work, your home life, and in your personal and spiritual growth.  I’m a mom, a spouse, a doctor, a sister, a friend, and I have struggled for years trying to keep myself together day after day in this hectic, frenzied world.  I remember spending all of my energy and effort trying to fulfill expectations, keep pace with what I thought I was supposed to do, all without really knowing who I was or what I wanted from my deepest self.  I remember a turning point during my second year of medical school when I had a full-blown breakdown. The extreme pace of my life was not sustainable for my body or my mind, and I felt like my spirit was fading under the extreme pressure of my own self-doubt and self-criticism.  I couldn’t even hear the messages my body and my spirit were sending me about how to change, how to heal and how to grow.

It wasn’t until I found body-based healing in my CENTER, literally in my belly and my pelvic bowl, that I started to hear my body’s real needs and the messages coming to me directly from Spirit.  Over time, I’ve gone back to my center again and again for healing, for guidance, and for understanding myself. Now I feel equipped with the tools I need for achieving balance in my body, in my relationships, in my work, and I have made a commitment to help share these tools with you!

 Is it easy?  No.

Is it fun?  Sometimes.

Is it worth it? YES!

I know you have dreams and so many amazing things to do in this life. Please give me a chance to help you find your balance in the midst of whatever chaos you find yourself in, and teach you how to find your center.
